Our Story
I grew up in Maine, spent some time away, and eventually found my way back home. Coming back made me want to create a space that celebrates what makes Maine feel like home — whether you live here year-round, spend weekends at camp, or come back season after season.
On the Docks is that space. A shop filled with things for your home, your table, gift-giving, and everyday living — pieces that fit right in, wherever “home” is for you.

What I Love About the Shop
I love things that feel easy, useful, and welcoming.
Things that get used.
Things that make gifting simpler.
Things that make a space feel more like home.
That’s what guides what you’ll see on the shelves.

How I Choose What’s Here
I pay close attention to what people ask for, what they come back for, and what they tell me they love. That feedback matters — it’s how the shop grows.
And I’m not shy — I’ll often just ask what you’d like to see more of. If we don’t have something, I can often special order it or help find something similar. It’s one of the perks of being a small, local shop.
Community
Jaime Anderson, Owner
Community isn’t something we schedule — it just happens here.
It shows up in conversations, shared recommendations, familiar faces, and that feeling that you’re always welcome to stop in.
